On March 10, took place a ceremony of tree-planting in Al Wakra Municipality,  participated in the event Charge d'Affaires  a.i. Manuel Alfredo Paz, and the Ambassadors of Iran, Argentina, Panama, Ghana and Costa Rica.

The Ministry of Municipality and Environment represented by the Public Parks Department and in co-operation with Al Wakra Municipality, has held a number of tree-planting events as part of the ongoing initiative to plant 1mn trees in the country.

Also had attended the event Al Wakra Municipality director Mansour Ajran al-Buainain, and head of the municipality's Parks Department Omar Mohamed al-Jaber.
