Embassy in Qatar | Electronic Travel Authorization (AVE)

AVISO IMPORTANTE A LA COMUNIDAD ARGENTINA RESIDENTE EN QATAR

Ante los hechos ocurridos de público conocimiento, se recomienda a los ciudadanos argentinos residentes en esta jurisdicción:

Contar con Pasaporte vigente y en buenas condiciones, así como toda otra documentación necesaria para viajar o identificarse;
Permanecer en lugares seguros, evitando los desplazamientos innecesarios;
El gobierno de Qatar es la única fuente que emite anuncios e informaciones oficiales. Se aconseja a la comunidad argentina seguir las instrucciones de las autoridades y sistemas de alerta locales;
Revisar periódicamente las redes sociales de esta Embajada, para estar al tanto de cualquier información o comunicación que pudiera remitirse por dicha vía;
Tomar contacto con la Representación ante situaciones de urgencia. La Embajada se encuentra a disposición para prestar la asistencia que sea necesaria.

REGRESAR

The Electronic Travel Authorization (AVE in Spanish) is available for eligible travelers from selected countries traveling to Argentina.

You can request an AVE through the website: http://www.migraciones.gov.ar/ave/index.htm

Make sure to reach the end of the process. The proof of payment is not a valid travel document (black and white). You must have the AVE confirmation document (light blue) to be able to travel. Examples of these vouchers are attached.

The Embassy of the Argentine Republic to the State of Qatar is not part of the AVE system, being the AVE processed directly by the Argentine Immigration Authority.
