On August 7 Ambassador Carlos Hernandez held a meeting with the Deputy Director for Agriculture Affairs at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment HE Mr. Adel Al-Keldi. The conversation aimed at  concretize, during the official visit of HH the Amir, the signature of a Declaration of Intent between the cities of Buenos Aires and Doha to start work together in the very near future.
