On September 11 Ambassador Carlos Hernandez held a meeting with the Minister of Education and Higher Education, HE Dr. Mohammed Abdul Wahid Al Hammadi.

The meeting was characterized by a long conversation on the need to expand bilateral contacts at a educational level in all sectors and on the text of the Agreement on this regard that will be signed during the state visit of HH the Amir to Argentina.
