We held a meeting with Qatar's Director of the Diplomatic Institute, Dr. Abdulaziz Mohamed Al-Horr, to follow up on the points discussed during the meeting we had last July. We delivered him a letter of invitation from the Argentina´s National Foreign Service Institute (ISEN) to give talks in it, in Argentines NGOs, think tanks and other national bodies.
