On July 12th, 2018, Ambassador Carlos Hernández presented to the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, copy of the Letters of Credence that accredit him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the State of Qatar.
