On July 12th, 2018, Ambassador Carlos Hernández presented to the Deputy Amir, H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Letters of Credence that accredit him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to the State of Qatar.
